Mark A. Beck was named Chair of the Board on September 22, 2020 and has been an independent director of Owens & Minor since August 2019. Mr. Beck is the co-founder and CEO of B-Square Precision, LLC, a private company engaged in the acquisition and management of companies that manufacture high-precision tools, dies, molds and components. Mr. Beck currently serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of IDEX Corporation, a global applied solutions business with a focus on health, safety and fluid handling technologies, including its Health & Science Technologies segment. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of JELD-WEN Holding, Inc., one of the world’s largest door and window manufacturers, from November 2015 to February 2018, and was a director of JELD-WEN from May 2016 to February 2018.Prior to JELD-WEN, Mr. Beck served as an Executive Vice President at Danaher Corporation, leading Danaher’s water quality and dental programs, beginning in April 2014. Previously, he spent 18 years with Corning Incorporated in a series of management positions with increasing responsibility, culminating in his appointment as Executive Vice President overseeing Corning’s environmental technologies and life science units in July 2012. He formerly served on the board of directors of Dow-Corning Corporation from 2010 to 2014.

Lieutenant General (three-stars) Bingham retired in September 2019 from the United States Army following a 38-year career in the military. During her military career, Lieutenant General Bingham served as Department of the Army Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management from 2016 through her retirement in 2019. Previously, she was Commanding General, US Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Lifecycle Management Command from 2014 to 2016; Commanding General, White Sands Missile Range from 2012 to 2014; Commandant, US Army Quartermaster School from 2010 to 2012; and Chief of Staff, Combined Arms Support Command and Sustainment Center of Excellence from 2008 to 2010. Lieutenant General Bingham has served on the Owens & Minor Board since 2020.

Kenny Gardner-Smith has served as the Chief People Officer for DaVita, Inc. since 2020. Mr. Gardner is a multi-disciplined executive with experience as a business leader within the healthcare space, both as a general manager and now as a human resources executive. Mr. Gardner joined the kidney care company in 2011 and has held multiple operations and leadership roles with DaVita prior to his current role as Chief People Officer. Prior to his employment with DaVita from 2008 to 2011, Mr. Gardner worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley focused on mergers and acquisitions. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Gardner was Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo. Mr. Gardner lends nearly 20 years of experience developing process innovation, transformation, and talent strategies. He also prioritizes the people side of businesses and possesses a strong ability to build corporate cultures and develop teams. Mr. Gardner has served on the Owens & Minor Board since March 2022.

Robert J. Henkel was the President, Healthcare Transformation at THEO Executive Group from 2019 to 2021, where he led the organization’s vision, strategy and planning to positively influence transformation of the healthcare industry toward affordable, quality healthcare for all, with particular emphasis on the most vulnerable communities. Prior to that, Mr. Henkel was President and Chief Executive Officer of Ascension Health, one of the nation’s leading non-profit faith based health systems, from 2012 to 2017. Mr. Henkel served as COO of Ascension Health from 2004-2011, and Operating Group President of the Great Lakes and Mid-Atlantic region for Ascension Health beginning in 1998. Prior to joining Ascension Health, Mr. Henkel served in various C-Level roles at numerous leading hospitals including Mount Sinai Medical Center, DePaul Health Center and Montefiore Medical Center. Mr. Henkel has served on the Owens & Minor Board since 2019.

Rita Johnson-Mills is an established executive and business leader with more than 25 years of experience in both public and private healthcare sectors. Since March 2022, she has served as President (Southern Region) of CINQCARE. Prior to that, Ms. Johnson-Mills served as founder and CEO of consulting firm RJM Enterprises from January 2018 to February 2022. From August 2014 to December 2017 she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Tennessee, a health plan serving more than 500,000 government sponsored healthcare consumers with over $2.5 billion of annual revenue, after having previously served as Senior Vice President, Performance Excellence and Accountability for UnitedHealthcare Community & State since 2006, and was a founding member of UnitedHealthGroup's Diversity and Inclusion Council. Ms. Johnson-Mills also previously served as the Director of Medicaid Managed Care for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and as Chief Executive Officer of Managed Health Services Indiana and Buckeye Health Plan, wholly owned subsidiaries of Centene Corporation. She currently serves on the public company Board of Directors of Nyxoah SA and previously served on the Board of Directors of Brookdale Senior Living, Inc. Ms. Johnson-Mills has served on the Owens & Minor Board since June 2022.

Mr. Klemash retired in June 2021 as a Partner with Ernst & Young LLP (EY), a position he held since 1997. In addition, Mr. Klemash also previously served as the Lead Partner with the EY Americas Center for Board Matters (CBM), a position he held from 2016 to December 2021. Prior to that Mr. Klemash held multiple Managing Partner positions and leadership positions for EY during his 35-year career. Mr. Klemash is a certified public accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Klemash has served on the Owens & Minor Board since 2021.

Teresa L. Kline retired in 2019 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Health Alliance Plan of Michigan (“HAP”) and Executive Vice President of Henry Ford Health System where she led a financial and operational turnaround of HAP. Prior to that Ms. Kline served from 2015 to 2016 as Senior Vice President & Chief Health Care Management Officer at Altegra Health, Inc. Ms. Kline’s over 35 years of experience in healthcare also includes executive roles at Health Care Service Corporation (Senior Vice President and Chief Health Care Management Officer), HealthSouth (Senior Vice President), CHA Health (Chief Executive Officer), United Health Group (Chief Executive Officer of UHC-GA), OnCare (Senior Vice President) and Aetna Health Plans (Regional Vice President). Ms. Kline currently serves on the public company board of Amedisys, Inc. and multiple private company boards. Previously, she served on the board of directors of Apria, Inc., which was acquired by Owens & Minor in March 2022, and Intersect ENT, which was acquired by Medtronic, Inc. in May 2022. Ms. Kline has served on the Owens & Minor Board since June 2022.

Mr. Pesicka was named President & Chief Executive Officer of Owens & Minor, effective March 7, 2019, and was appointed to the Board of Directors at the same time. Prior to that, Mr. Pesicka served as an independent consultant and advisor in the healthcare, life science and distribution industries since January 2016. From January 2000 through April 2015, he served in various roles of increasing responsibility at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a $17 billion manufacturer and supplier of a range of products to the research, healthcare, industrial and safety markets, including most recently as Chief Commercial Officer & Senior Vice President. Before joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Mr. Pesicka spent eight years at TRW Inc., in a variety of finance roles and three years with PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor.

Carissa Rollins has served as Chief Information Officer (“CIO”) of Illumina, Inc., a global leader in DNA sequencing and array-based technologies, since March 2022. Ms. Rollins has over three decades of enterprise technology experience and has held multiple executive leadership roles throughout the course of her career, including CIO at UnitedHealthcare from 2017 to 2022, where she was responsible for technology strategy and investments supporting several business lines and stakeholder groups across the organization. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, Ms. Rollins held executive and senior leadership positions at Gander Mountain Co., and from 2010 to 2015 at Kohl's Corporation. Prior to that, Ms. Rollins held management roles of increasing responsibility at Manpower Global and Miller Brewing Company (now Molson Coors Beverage Company). Ms. Rollins currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Minneapolis and is a member of the Grand Canyon Conservancy Board. Ms. Rollins has served on the Owens & Minor Board since July 2022.
