Carissa Rollins has served as Chief Information Officer (“CIO”) of Illumina, Inc., a global leader in DNA sequencing and array-based technologies, since March 2022. Ms. Rollins has over three decades of enterprise technology experience and has held multiple executive leadership roles throughout the course of her career, including CIO at UnitedHealthcare from 2017 to 2022, where she was responsible for technology strategy and investments supporting several business lines and stakeholder groups across the organization. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, Ms. Rollins held executive and senior leadership positions at Gander Mountain Co., and from 2010 to 2015 at Kohl's Corporation. Prior to that, Ms. Rollins held management roles of increasing responsibility at Manpower Global and Miller Brewing Company (now Molson Coors Beverage Company). Ms. Rollins currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Minneapolis and is a member of the Grand Canyon Conservancy Board. Ms. Rollins was appointed to the Board on July 12, 2022.
