Mr. Klemash retired in June 2021 as a Partner with Ernst & Young LLP (EY), a position he held since 1997. Mr. Klemash continues to serve in a limited consulting capacity with EY. In addition, Mr. Klemash also previously served as the Lead Partner with the EY Americas Center for Board Matters (CBM), a position he has held  from 2016 to December 2021. Prior to that Mr. Klemash held multiple Managing Partner positions and leadership positions for EY during his 35-year career. Mr. Klemash is a certified public accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Klemash was appointed to the Board on March 1, 2021.
